Being Well Thought Of

 

Acts 6:3 Living Bible. “Now look around among yourselves, dear brothers, and select seven men, wise and full of the Holy Spirit, who are WELL THOUGHT OF BY EVERYONE; and we will put them in charge of this business.

 

1 Timothy 3:7 Amplified Bible. And he must have a good reputation and be WELL THOUGHT OF BY THOSE OUTSIDE THE CHURCH, so that he will not be discredited and fall into the devil’s trap.

 

1 Timothy 5:10 Living Bible. She must be WELL THOUGHT OF BY EVERYONE because of the good she has done. Has she brought up her children well? Has she been kind to strangers as well as to other Christians? Has she helped those who are sick and hurt? Is she always ready to show kindness?
